Dangerous chemical storage facilities, storage tanks and oil depots are common. Take the hazardous chemicals warehouse as an example to introduce storage facilities and their safety requirements. 1. Basic requirements for site selection (1) Large-scale dangerous chemical warehouses and liquefied petroleum gas storage stations should be located in areas far away from residential areas, villages and towns, industrial enterprises, and important public buildings such as theaters and gymnasiums, and should choose the downwind direction that dominates the wind direction throughout the year. (2) The production auxiliary warehouse of the factory and mining enterprise shall not be located in the residential area and public building area of the city, and should be located in the safety zone at the edge of the factory. (3) Small warehouses should be placed at the edge of the area of the enterprise unit, and the requirements for fire separation should be ensured. (4) Special warehouses for Class A and Class B goods, liquid storage tanks for Class A, B and C, and flammable material storage yards, etc., should be located in the safe area with low terrain in the urban fringe (suburb), and the city gas storage tank should be Distributed in a safe zone where users are concentrated. (5) Liquefied petroleum gas storage tanks should be placed on the upwind side of the unit's or the region's minimum frequency wind direction for the whole year, and separate locations with good ventilation should be selected. (6) Bottled and bottled liquids should not be placed in the open air. 2. Fire resistance rating, number of floors and building area of the warehouse (1) The fire resistance grade, number of floors and building area of the dangerous chemicals warehouse shall comply with the requirements of the following table. Table 1 Fire resistance rating, number of floors and building area of the warehouse Storage item category | fire-resistant level | Maximum number of layers allowed | Maximum allowable floor area (m2) | Single storeroom | Multi-storey warehouse | High-rise warehouse | Warehouse basement or semi-basement | Each storeroom | Firewall room | Each storeroom | Firewall room | Each storeroom | Firewall room | Firewall room | A | 3, 4 items | First level | 1 | 180 | 60 | - | - | - | - | - | 1, 2, 5, 6 items | First, second | 1 | 750 | 250 | - | - | - | - | - | B | 1, 3, 4 items | First, second Third level | 3 1 | 2000 500 | 500 250 | 900 - | 300 - | | | | 2, 5, 6 items | First, second Third level | 5 1 | 2800 900 | 700 300 | 1500 - | 500 - | | | | C | 1 item | First, second Third level | 5 1 | 4000 1200 | 1000 400 | 2800 - | 700 - | - | | 150 - | 2 items | First, second Third level | Unlimited 3 | 6000 2100 | 1500 700 | 4800 1200 | 1200 400 | 4000 - | 1000 - | 300 - | Ding | First, second Third level Level four | Unlimited 3 1 | Unlimited 3000 2100 | 3000 1000 700 | Unlimited 1500 - | 1500 500 - | 4800 - - | 1200 - - | 500 - - | E | First, second Third level Level four | Unlimited 3 1 | Unlimited 3000 2100 | Unlimited 1000 700 | Unlimited 2100 - | 2000 700 - | 6000 - - | 1500 - - | 1000 - - |
Note: 1 The fire resistance rating of high-rise warehouses, elevated warehouses and silos should not be lower than Grade II; silos of Grade II fire-resistant grades can be used. Warehouses storing special valuables should have a fire resistance rating of one. 2 independently constructed ammonium nitrate warehouse, calcium carbide warehouse, polyethylene warehouse, urea warehouse, coal storage warehouse and transit warehouses in stations, terminals and airports, the construction area can be increased by 1.00 times according to the provisions of this table, but the fire resistance level should not Less than two. 3 The warehouse area with automatic fire-fighting equipment can be increased by 1.00 times according to the requirements of this table and Note 2. 4 The area of the barreled oil product warehouse in the oil depot can be implemented according to the current national standard “Code of Design for Petroleum Reservoirs”. The maximum allowable building area of the 5 coal homogenization warehouse fire compartment can be 12000m2, but the fire resistance rating should not be lower than the second grade. (2) For the cold storage of the first and second grade fire-resistant grades, the maximum allowable construction area and fire separation area of each warehouse shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Code for Design of Cold Storage. (3) In the same warehouse or the same firewall room, if several items with different fire hazards are stored, the minimum fire resistance level, the maximum allowable number of floors and the maximum allowable building area of the warehouse or compartment shall be based on the fire risk. The most sexually important item is determined. |
